Hello - Sorry about the information overload lots of things are happening - Special notes: Each Radio Frequency (RF) channel (0-69) can contain several DTV and radio channels (0-999) - 'SBS DiGiTaL' unlike other TV stations is on a different channel in most capital cities - The ABC has maps and technical data for each area they cover - aTV is ham radio with pictures - Most hyper-links here open in a new window - Advertising helps pay for this website please click any item of interest - comments criticism corrections always welcome... *** Amateur TV (aTV) in Melbourne went DiGiTaL DVB-T 29/09/2009, believed to be the first amateur multiplex DVB-T service in the world, usually DVB-S is used - means a normal Terrestrial Set Top Box with continious RF coverage (170~870Mhz) can be used to receive aTV. Most digital receivers jump over 230~470Mhz and you'll need to use manual scan to view aTV when it is active, usually after 8pm most nights - The melbourne aTV analog service has been switched off *** - message repeats...

As search engines kept referring people looking for TV frequencies
to this page it has been reworked to cater for their needs too.
I hope this is a clear precise format to understand and follow.

I promise there is no intentional surreptitous code or activity in use,
IP's may be recorded for stats and google ads do their own things.
